Rubber connectors for mboard

Ok, I just bought all the new parts for a new comp and I cannot figure out how to get the little rubber connectors in so that the mboard is not touching the metal panel. The case I am using is the Enlight mid tower that was on sale over at newegg. Something like EN-7237OX3. thanks guys.

I just use the fibre washers between the screwhead & motherboard, the motherboard resting directly on the risers!
