rubber brackets for video card hsf?

i've been contemplating putting my stock a64 hsf on my r9550 and overclocking the crap out of it... i've seen lots of video cards that come stock a rubber bracket on the back that connects the 2 screws that hold on the hsf.. i can't seem to find one, maybe i'm looking in the wrong places, or maybe they're not readily available, either way i haven't been able to find any so here i am.. does anyone know where i can get one of these rubber brackets for mounting hsf on video card?
