Discussion RTX 4060 51W idle !?

i ve got Palit RTX 4060 Dual , GPU-Z is showing 51W at idle . There re reports for MSI RTX 4060 Ventus doing the same . Is this wrong sensor reading or a real value !? Any fix , if any one know . I tried everything one could think about .
