RTX 2060 Super Reference Cooler

I'm thinking about picking one of these up soon. Will the AIBs likely cost more than $400 MSRP? If so, do you think they are worth considering over NVs reference cooler. It seems the NV reference cooler performs much better than the old blower style FE cards.

I would absolutely expect a markup on AIO cards as there will likely be custom PCB and factory OC numbers, as per usual. I don't expect the reference cooler to differ from the regular RTX cards though so I'd start reading up on the thermal and acoustic sections of the reviews that have already been published.
