RT314 , have some networking ?'s

while waiting for it to arrive i took the time to d/l the pdf file and read it through.
so here are a few ?'s that were'nt answerd by the pdf file.

1) i have 4 static ip's, will i be able to have the router direct all of these through my net work, or am i limited to useing one router per ip?

2) id like to set up my own primary dns server(win2ksrv) will i need to set this up before the router, or can it be set up with in my network?

current network set up consists of:
8 win2ksrv servers
(chat server, forums server, database server, 3 web servers, ftp/MP3 server, workstation)
8port switch
4port hub
sdsl modem

any guides/suggestions to optimize set up here would be great.
