I found a flaw in the Riemann Hypothesis!

It won't help or hinder the proving efforts.

They don't think the flaw is a flaw because my change would affect some really obscure stuff, even though my change still fits within the necessary range. And they claim my constant is trivial. (Which might be the reason I never found any papers that mentioned it.)
