RST Intel driver ? Do I need to install it ?

Hey yall, I installed RST, alto I dont know what it does......

I noticed after installing it my bootup took soo soo long,, like 35 seconds.

Should I remove RST to get system to boot in 18 to 20 seconds.

No one has the answer to this ? That really blows, I try to help all I can. Now that I need some info no one will help me. Sad. I will continue to help people.
