RSS Software Updates - Suggestions?

I have a large folder under my bookmarks of all the download pages for software I use on my computer, whether regularly or not. It takes a LONG time to check and see if I have all of the most recent updates.

Does anyone have a suggestion of a RSS feed which I can select software I would like to monitor? I'd like it to list the most recent available version number and have a link to a website where I can download the software.

I understand it probably wouldn't be able to do this for ALL of the software I want to watch, but even just a portion of them would be helpful.
