RSS parser to be notified of listings you're interested in?

Ok, my google skills are not turning up much on this. I want a script/app (preferably linux) that will get RSS feeds and look for specific words on the title or content then email me those links to me. This would be useful for those very busy CL feeds that have way too much stuff all at once.

anyone have any ideas?
