Question RS232 to/from Ethernet

I have a remote water tank that will get water level from a web enabled controller. It needs to communicate the water level with the pump room that has another web enabled controller over VHF radios that has serial RS232. The controller in the pump room will turn on or off the pumps depending on the water level in the tank. This pump room controller will also connect to the Internet for monitoring. What RS232/ethernet converter would provide bi-directional communications using the radio link in between?
