I am about to replace my 6600gt graphics card with either a 8600gt or 8800gts. I am not sure if the power supply I have is good enough for these. The xfx 8800gts requires a minimum 450 watt psu with at least 30amp total on 12v rails. Also I am not sure what power connection I need for the card. Will this work or not?

Here is the psu I have.

Thanks.

You can't just say what PSU you have? I have to click on a link to a review? :p

Ok everyone... he has a Cooler Master Real Power RS-450-ACLY.

Your PSU has only 264W (or 22A) on the combined +12V rails with only 12A available for the rail that supplies power to everything but the CPU. That's absolutely horrible, especially for an 8800GTX. Ditch it.... NOW! ;)
