RPTV Question - Philips vs. Panasonic

Fry's has the Philips 51PW9363 - yes, a 51" set on sale this weekend for $1199.

Best Buy has the Panasonic PT-47WX53 - 47" set on sale for $1349.

Aside from a "bigger is better" standpoint, are there any other advantages that the Philips has? I really really like the picture quality of the Panasonic though. Haven't found a place with the Philips on display yet.

If it was down to those two, I'd spring for the Panny.

Samsung has a 55" that's around $1500-1600 and so does Mitsubishi (my preferred mfr)
