Is the show "Royal Pains" any good?

It's watchable, but I gave up after a few episodes because I got tired of watching rich people and rich people problems.

i enjoyed it, but i stopped watching tv in general right about the time season 2 started up, so i have no idea what happened after the end of S1

The brother is supposed to be irritating.....and he is.
Not sure if that was a good choice for writers to develop in ongoing story.
