Roy Disney resigns from BOD

They flashed this on CNN a little while ago. I was like "WTF?" a DISNEY resigning from Disney Inc? Unfathomable!

I'll bet it's got something to do with Miramax and the porno Santa XMas movie. 😀
 
It was because of Michael Eisner. I love the letter that Disney wrote to Eisner saying that he (Eisner) should have resigned instead. 🙂
 
He got forced out. There's been trouble for awhile, last year the board passed a new mandatory retirement rule, today they used it to keep him off the board. Nice huh?
 
how sad. being forced out of a company that your family built.


but that being sad i wouldnt cry if disney went out of business. they have lost it over the last 10 years. screw em.
