Roxio keeps trying to install

On my neighbor's p/c, after he logs into his profile everything comes up fine, except that the window installer keeps launching trying to install Roxio. It never finishes and can be closed by hitting ' cancel ', but then it will arbitrarily reappear and try again, and again.

Where do I find it do delete or stop?
