Roxio audio transition help

My friends are making a promotion CD and gave me the task of transitioning the tracks. I tried using roxio to crossfade into the tracks and on the computer it does it perfect but on the cd there is a mini skip between tracks.

The point of the cd is for continuous integration between tracks as they do go into each other but also needs to be skipped. Any help with Roxio or suggestions for a new program will be helpful.

I'm not familiar with Roxio, but there should be a "gapless" track option when you set up the recording. You'll need to enable that to avoid the 2 second gaps between tracks.
