Row Refresh Cycle Time higher and Command Rate changed after upgrade

I have recently upgraded the RAM from 10 GB to 14 GB by adding a 4 GB module to the 6th and only empty slot.
Sadly, the Row Refresh Cycle Time has gone up from 59 to 86 and the Command Rate went from 1T to 2T.

How much does that slow down the computer? As I do not "really need" that much RAM, am I better off removing
that module again?
