I can't beleive I spent about 50 hours trying to get every proxy/NAT working at all and all I had to do was get ICS!
This thing is a maracle. Just click "share this connection" (with NAT enabled) and the clients can do everything with no configuration!
...Anyway...
my problem is that I want to have some pretty secure firewall on the server to protect it, and the network. Of course I tried ZoneAlarm, my/everybody's personal favorite, but it simply won't work (noted on zonelabs site) on ICS with NAT unless set to medium security (quite vurnerable and no stealth mode). Know of a good stealh firewall that can protect the network and that will work with ICS-NAT? Preferably free.
