Routing and Remote Services Help!! Win2k!

Hey guys:

How do i get the Routing and Remote services Icon to show up inside Administrative tools in Win2k. I went into the registry like one site suggested and made IPenableRouting == 1 but that didn't seem to help. Anyone had this problem and solved it?

Any help is appreciated.
