Routing all trafic through SOCKS 4/5

Is there any way to redirect ALL trafic from my LAN adapter to a SOCKS server?

I have Win XP PRO SP2 and I also have access to a SOCKS 4/5. So I need every single bit to go to that SOCKS first. I have a permanent connection to Internet, no router, direct connection.

Sockscap is not enough. Sockschain either. I tried one very interresting program, NEC E-BORDER CLIENT, but I don't manage to configure it properly, or it was not designed for this purpose.

Is this possible? It has to load somehow very early so any communication to the Internet goes to that SOCKS. Thank you very much for your time.
