I bought a Gigafast EE400-R router so that my computers can share my DSl connection. Everything installed in a matter of minutes, and everything was working fine. Both computers can access the internet, and file and printer sharing are working. However, when I attempt to play any games online, I can't ping any servers.

Example- UT2004, I can connect to the master server just fine, and I receive the server list, but every server's ping shows up as a '?' or 'N/A'. The odd thing is, I can still connect to servers just fine, but I don't get any info in the server browser. At first I thought this was a problem with UT itself, so I reinstalled, updated, and it still didn't work. I scoured the .ini files for any clue but came up empty. So I went and downloaded the All Seeing Eye server browser.

When I ran it, it also didn't ping any servers. So I tried other games, like Doom 3, CoD, BF1942. None of them could receive server lists either. I tried messing with all kinds of settings on my router, but nothing helped. So, my question is- what can I try to get things working? My PC is connected to my Gigafast router, which is connect to my DSL modem, which is connected to the wall. I have Windows Xp Home Sp2. I have the Windows firewall disabled. The problem exists on both PCs, so I am sure it is a problem with the router. I have looked at my router's manual and nothing helped me.
