What is my best option with user friendly Router that has a Sim card for backup incase internet line is cut? This is for a Alarm system. If have diff recommendation also would like to know. THankS!
 
There is no home router that I know of that has that ability, since it would need phone hardware inside it.
If they went through the trouble of cutting your cable line, I would think they won't have any problem getting through anything else, so, at that point, you need an actual security service.
 
So you are counting on thieves being smart enough to cut your land based internet but dumb enough to not use a cell phone jammer?
 
and how powerful of a jammer will knock out signal 100' away? yea im counting on no cellphone jammer they can cut wires / wear mask but ordering felony jammers from china seems a bit much. maybe i should price some i know my friend had one for his meetings (not sure what kind meeting!)

ok looked on youtube i dont see any with tested distance used. will they rely on faith that it will work? 😉 seems like good to deter
