Good morning, does anyone know why I don't get more options in the router configuration? I had internet total play and they removed it for homes and I kept the router and I want to configure it as a signal splitter. I have already reset it many times, thanks.

If this was provided by the isp, it seems to have a locked firmware.

You may be able to unlock it by flashing a different firmware on it but you'll need to do some extensive research on this to understand the risks.

the default login username/password is admin/admin.

But as SamirD has said, it could be locked by ISP (Totalplay seems a Mexico ISP? https://www.totalplay.com.mx).

If that's the case, without special instruction, you probably can't do anything about it.

Try admin/password or it could be just locked by your ISP. There is nothing you can do. Buy a new router or wifi extender.
