router setting problems.....

im using linksys WRT54GC router to connect to some p2p network (opennap, dc, soulseek...etc.). but there are some problems occurred:

1) other users cannot browse my share files directly. they can browse from servers only.
however, i can direct browse & download my files without any problems.

2) download is fine, but upload always "timeout". but everytime if i start to download my files, then the upload will "unlock" and start immediately.

does anyone can help? thanks in advance!
