Router-Router-cable modem Connection?

I have two Microsoft Base stations and I want to set it up so that i can use one as a switch (I'm trying to connect PS2 and Xbox to one router that connects to the internet through another router). Is this possible, if so how?

Connecet Regular port of one router to a Regular port of the second Router.
Use Crossover Cable.

Disable DHCP and any other filter on the Router that going to be switch only.

Leave the WAN port of the "Switch" Router open.

Done.
