Router Question

This is a quickie:

Have a Dlink DIR-615 with 3-4 people on it wirelessly and wired. We torrent, stream videos, and game; all the usual hijinks.

There's a couple options I'm wondering about.

The first is "WMM Enable". I have this turned on right now as I've read on the internets that it can be beneficial, but I'd like to hear the Anandtech forum's take.

The second is "Enable Multicast Streams". Haven't been able to find much on this one. Enabled or disabled and why or why not?

Cheers!

Networking is Not like OC and Video frame pushing.

The None default setting are for special Network's configurations.

People who have special networks know waht they have and know how to use the settings.

99% of end-users do not have special Pro network, and should leave every thing at the Router and the Network card at the default settings.
