Router Port Forwarding question

Okay, so I had some ports left open through my router settings under port forwarding. Now all of the services were under the IP Address: 192.163.1.2, however, recently my IP address was reset to 192.163.1.3 because I'm guessing there was a conflict with other laptops and such that were wirelessly and connected by wire so it reassigned the IP say maybe when one was off and the other was on. My concern is that I cannot just tell the router to do port forward for that service on IP addresses 192.163.1.1-192.163.1.3? It says port or service conflict. So my question is that how can I setup the port fowarding so it will forward for those 3 IP addresses?

The Router can forward a specific port only to one IP. If it would be able to forward the more than one IP there would not be Routing.
