I' have some questions concerning a router and Bittorrent. Shouldn't I be able to open bittorrent ports for all the computers that are hooked up to my router? When I try to do the whole port forwarding thing - it ends up only allowing the ports to be opened for one computer. If i try to add a port forward for another computer it says that there is a port conflict.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

What router are you using?

I have 4 PC's on a Draytek Vigor 2600 and bittorrent works fine on all machines without setting any ports (I often have torrents downloading simultaneously on 2 PC's

I use BT as well on multiple PCs behind a firewall, you shouldn't have to set up any port forwarding on you router.
As for Port forwarding, since you only have one external IP it can only forward a port to one computer on your LAN.

Hope this Helps

P.S. any good sites still for torrent files? I know a lot have been shutdown.
