Router keeps rebooting

For the life of me I can not figure this problem out.

I have a Dlink DGL-4300 router. The thing is stable as can be. Never ever reboots. Except with one event - whenever I place a VOIP phone call.

I currently have Sunrocket and the VOIP device they use is behind my DGL-4300 router. If I were to make 5 calls 1 in those 5 would cause the router to reboot. That's how bad the issue is.

It happens at the same time the last digit in the phone number is dialed. As soon as the last digit is dialed the Dlink reboots and (of course) the call never goes through.

What could be causing this? Does the Dlink simply not like the sunrocket VOIP device?
