"best" is a relative term. You can spend hundreds (or even thousands) of dollars to get the "best" but you probably don't need that much. What is your preferred budget range?

I have the TP-Link Archer C7 at home and have been very pleased with it. The only time it has been rebooted since I bought it about 8 months ago was when the power went out and once when I installed a firmware update. Very stable with no connection problems, and really good coverage with a usable signal as much as 300 feet away from my house in directions where there is clear line of sight (not that I need it, but it's fun to know that I can roam that far if I want to).
