Router issues to one subnet

The SonicWALL does not have any options for configuring the routing table, fewer options than the cheapo linksys as a matter of fact. Also, I don't think I posted this before, but I tried wiping out the firmware and starting completely from scratch and still had the problem.

Anyone who works with a SonicWALL knows (not that I expect that many do), their support is outsourced to India. So you have the choice of calling someone who can't understand either your words or the concepts and you can barely understand their words anyway, or emailing them and waiting two or three days for a response that is either jibberish or not applicable to your problem. I've gotten much better responses the forums from people who know nothing about SonicWALL's equipment.

I'm having a tough time configuring this sonicwall TZ 170 at work and the tech support in india is of no use to me.
and this coming from an indian!
They can very well understand my accent but just don't get the problem, and hence, can't offer a solution.
This is the last time I buy their stuff.

Amen to that. Unfortunately, my boss insists on getting another SonicWALL even though we have had nothing but problems with it, and it is dying after only three years.

We have by the way, been having more and more problems.... it drops settings, it won't route traffic and has to be reset every 4 hours, blah blah blah...

We got our new sonicWALL, configured and working properly. Everything seems to be working A-OK now, the weird thing is though, the day before the new SonicWall came in, the old one started working again, routing stuff fine without making any configuration changes. Weird, but I would not be surprised if it has something to do with our ISP who swears up and down they "haven't changed anything."

This new sonicWALL does one weird thing - if you set up two access rules with the same protocol and the IP addresses overlap, the overlapped portion becomes disabled. So, apparently two rights make a wrong. I haven't noticed yet if two wrongs make a right though.
