Router Dialing using huawei mt800

Hi guys
this is my first topic. I have a huawei mt 800 with a bsnl connection. i have configured it to auto dial from the router itself. what happens really is that the connection drops when i use this auto dial feature. But when i use the inbuilt dialer in win xp (pppoe) it works perfectly.
I have tried different mtu values such as 1452, 1480, 1492 etc. nothing works. i hav a win xp pro.
i will attach screenshots along with. plz help me. (its an not a configured page)
