Router Control Panel Not Showing Up

A while ago my dad's Linksys BEFW11S4 Wireless-B router was having some issues. He called Linksys tech support and they seeming fixed the problem. Now however, when I went to try and secure his wireless network (MAC filtering, SSID broadcasting, WEP/WPA), I can't seem to access the router control panel. When I try to type the standard 192.168.1.1 address to get to the CP, it takes me to a page with data about his Westell DSL modem with passwords that he doesn't even know existed. Help? More info below:

-Linksys BEFW11S4 Wireless-B Broadband Router
-Westell Model 2200 DSL Modem
-Standard 10/100 network card
-Only one computer connected to the hub, in port 1
-Happened after Linksys "fixed" the problem

They might have changed the ip of the linksys unit with you. Type ipconfig and dos prompt and you should be able to get to your linksys with the default gateway ip address.

The 2200 is a combo Modem/Router.

The Support probably instructed to make the Linksys an Access Point (Not a router any more) and give it a New IP.

Log to the Westell and look at its client list, you probably will find the Linksys current IP.

If there is No IP, or it is conflicted address, you would have to set the Linksys as an Access Point by your self.
