Router config for FTP

I have an SMC7000abr router that I am unable to get set up for accepting FTP. I have set my PC up as DMZ and also fixed IP for my cable provider. FTP port 21 should be open but it isn't working.

Anyone figure out a trick with this? I have checked the owners manual, the web page faqs and nothing seems to work....

You also (probably) need port 20 open.

port 20? Hmmm thats no an FTP port... any idea why that port also?

I think port 20 also has something to do with ftp, it has somthing to do with downloads...
