router bad port?

I have a Linksys BEFSR41
was using 3 ports out of the 4
days ago, one port just do not light up any of the LED, no connection. If i plug into other port, it works -> not cable problem.
I try power off (LED on when first power on, like old times all of them flush on), hard reset, update fireware to the latest. Does not work.

any diagnosis tool i can use?

any chance it will be a sign that others going to die?

how long warranty it has? (i has send linksys technically support email).
i must have got it more than a year. (i think)
