rounded cables

i rounded my hard drive cable by cutting it ever 5 wires. i then taped the together. now the cable is only 1 cm wide. it lowered my system temp down 1 degree celcius.

Rounding cables was a fun exercise, plus it cleaned up the case a lot.

hey, guys, was this on the ata33 or the ata66/100 cables?

ive done this on the older cables, but on the 100 cables there are more, finer wires. i was worried about crosstalk if i bundled these. anyone try it?

I did not cut my ATA/66 cables, I just folded them over and used spiral wrap on them.
