This isn't so hard for any internet detectives- google the bike rental name + the triple 'X' on the sewer grate (XXX is a flag of Amsterdam).

I was in Sedona a few years back and I remember it having a lot stonework like that, plus I remember the black street lights and stuff. Mostly a lucky guess though. 😛

There's a blog I follow where once a week he posts a picture from one of his readers taken out a window and then asks people to guess where it came from. Every single time, he gets people who not only pick the right city, but narrow it down to the exact building it was taken from, and sometimes even the exact room it was taken from. Sometimes multiple people. It's reallly quite amazing.

Oh, and some of these pictures have nothing in them more recognizable than an office building or parking lot.

ETA: I found one of them, but I cheated, so I won't say what it is. 😉
