Round IDE Cables

I'm looking into cleaning up the inside of my machine a bit by getting round IDE cables for my CD drives and HD and was wondering what a good brand was. Also, are there any more specifics besides just IDE or will any round IDE cable work. I'm seeing some that say ATA 133 and a bunch of other stuff.
 
I'd just stick to any name brand. Try to get the most flexible ones you can find, may be best to buy them in person.
