Round cables

Ok, so Im gonna try out some round cables but Im not totally sure what I should be looking for. Whats a good place and company to buy them from? This(module #9341) is basically the system ill be using it on. It says that the harddrive is using ATA/100 cables now but it says its capable of using Ultra ATA/133. So would I see a speed increase if I bought ATA/133 Ultra or none ultra cables? And for the cd/dvd drives I guess ill need like a 18-24 inch round cable with the dual ide cables? And then just a round floppy cable. I don't wanna spend more than 20 bucks on this but if I must, I will.

Those prices are a lot better than the ones I was looking at. So should I get the ultra or the normal Ide ATA/133 for my harddrive?
