Rouge AV that I can't seem to kill

If you run Hitman Pro (build 88 or newer) from a USB stick and start its EXE while holding down the left Ctrl-key, then Hitman Pro will kill every non-essential process running under the user's context, including the rogue infection. You can then scan with HMP and any other on demand scanner.

Make sure you hold down the left ctrl key until Hitman Pro is running!

I would reboot with safemode with networking, I got rid of XP Internet Security 2010 doing that and then installing and scanning with Spyware Doctor. It was able to remove the rogue antivirus malware. Check it out... XP Internet Security 2010

This is what worked for me:
1.Booted into Safe Mode.
2.Used System Restore to get my system back to a couple weeks ago.

I ran MS's anti-malware and it did not find anything. So far everything seems to be okay.
