Hello,
After some foot dragging, I am ready to open and contribute to a Roth IRA. I would like to do so ASAP to take advantage of the tax benefits but there are so many options... Can anyone advise me to who I should go with? Who do you like and has performed well..

Thank so much!

I am using Oppenheimer, but I have heard great things about Vanguard because you control your options and I believe they charge a lower percentage management fee.

vanguard.com is the best for putting the money into stock index mutual funds like VFINX, assuming you can put in the full $4K for 2005. Check their fee schedule you might save a little by also putting in $1-2K of your 2006 contribution now.

go with index fund at vanguard, then if you feel like learning/researching the 15,000+ mutual funds, you can do it at your leisure
