Rotating video capture on ATI AIW 128 pro

I have an S-video source, a microscope with a built in video camera. It is attached to an ATI all-in-wonder 128 Pro AGP Card. Everything works fine.
I need to be able to either rotate or flip the image in REAL TIME. The only solution I have found is a Videonics digital mixer which costs $1500! The software I have found will flip the Display on the monitor 180 degrees but this interferes with my mouse ( I know I can reprogram the buttons) and the other programs I am running simultaneously.
All I want to do is manipulate the S-Video display "Box" on my desktop.
Anybody have any suggestions?

Thanks

i'm not sure but maybe Adobe Premiere might be able to better handle that kind of job.

It would be really more efficient in digital (1394) mode but since you get stuck with a SVHS cam, give a look at :

Miro DC10+ low-end home editing.

Miro DV500 mid-range analog/digital REAL-TIME video editing solution. Very strong !!!

Matrox RT2500 Professional video editing, DVD authoring in real time.
