Rotate AVI's?

I need to rotate an AVI. I thought VirtualDub would do it, but I can't find how. How do I?

VD can. Video - filters - Add - rotate

For some reason that's changing the aspect like it would supposed to, but the video still isn't rotated.

How big is this video you need rotated?

320x240, small file sizes. Why?

You could probably use the trial version of Macromedia's Flash, it will allow import/export of .avi's and .mpeg's. Although I'm not positive how easy it would be. I know with Adobe's Live Motion you could select the whole thing and rotate at will, but that software has been discontinued.
