Roswell ufo crash real or fake?

What is the true story behind that incident? Supposedly immediately after the object crashed the air force did a press release (that appeared in papers) that confirmed that is was indeed an extrerterestial craft. Then once it got into the higher ups they forced a cover up. All the wreckage was gathered up and hidden away in storage facilities. Supposedly they took a weather balloon and tried to claim that's what crashed. Hm makes you wonder.

However some of the wreckage was kept by the citizens and I guess a few pieces were sent into laboratories for testing...supposedly some of the tests done reveal that the material is not of this world. Supposedly it has some kind of amazing temperature properties...after seeing some footage of it myself, yes it is true. I think the testing was done at Los Alamos Laboratory.

So what is your opinion? I myself think that there is a very high posibility that what people have always about it is true...that it was a real ufo.

I did a lot of research on it when I was in 5th grade for our speech contest, because I chose that for my topic.

I don't remember enough anymore to make a call on it, but I'd lean slightly more towards real than fake.

Don't know. I've heard both sides, and the claims that it's a weather balloon. But none of them seems too credible.

I can see why some people would think it's fake with all the people trying to cash in on the controversy of ufos...but even still, when you look at all the evidence not just from roswell but from the thousands and thousands of incidents, there is a very very high posibilty that it is as it appears to be. Visitors from other places of the universe.

Who the hell is Art Bell? Yea I saw the autopsy...couldn't really tell if it was real or not. If it was fake then it cost someone hundreds of thousands of dollars to put together. A few of the surgeons who've examined the video footage say that the organs are not human. If that's a hoax it's one of the best executed ever.

But we'll probably never know for sure, so ..

I chose to look at it like I do religion; I just don't think about it a whole lot because it doesen't really matter in the long run.

Oh yea and did you know with some of these "abduction" cases, surgeons have actually taken out tracking devices? Like the roswell crash wreckage it wasn't found to be anything of this world. Supposedly the devices actually were completely intergrated into the nervous system. I've seen the surgery footage and yup it's real.

It's pretty hard to sort through the misinformation...just because there are some people trying to capitalize off of it(Bob Lazar anyone?) does not make it not real.

Please stop posting complete BS and pretending it's fact. They've never taken out tracking devices, people claimed to have them implanted in them but it usually turns out that they're just loonies.

Awhile back on that ABC UFO special they explained the Roswell thing, That it was a high altitude nuclear monitoring station against Soviet threats that was top secret. They showed the picture of the thing and it looked pretty believeable.
