RossMan and other ferengis. anyone know rebate status phone #?

1-877-776-6910

Haven't spoken to anyone at that number yet, but I'm going to call tomorrow and notify them that I'll be faxing them my packing slip. Somehow they lost that for two of my rebates even though I stapled them to the rebate form.

anyone actually get their dell rebates?

Three of mine show up as Processing status, so I assume I'll get them. If not I have the name and badge number of a CSR who was kind enough to explicitly say I'd get all 5. 😀

That's dell's number. I have emailed them but no reply.

methinks you have to talk to rebatestatus.....which sucks....

on the dell site there is a link to check the status of a rebate which brings you directly to rebatestatus.com, have y'all checked ur status from the website? when i tried they couldn't find me which was disheartening

Anyone know the phone number for rebatestatus.com. My Dell rebates are not showing up (for the 8250 that was really cheap) and I have submitted them quite some time ago. Thanks.

Your rebate is probably in their system BUT it's tricky in locating them because of how they index based on your BUSINESS name, family name, real name, address, etc. It took me 7 tries to find my friends rebate status which I submitted for him, 7 tries!

If you want me to look for you, I would be more than happy to, PM me your real name, BUSINESS name, physical mailing address, mailing address (PO Box, work, etc) and I'll see what I can do.

Again it's probably there but you gotta be creative in searching for it.

"If you are calling a tech about rebate status, press 1"

This is the number I was given to fax the rebate center my packing slip. *shrug*

Their rebate system is fsckered up isn't it?

Stupid stupid Dell.

I have extra patience for a company that will let a 2.4GHz machine out their door for $250, despite having to wait 8-10 weeks for my rebates and credit adjustment for the ground/overnight fiasco.

Oh, quick tip. If you want to know what your 7-digit FedEx Ground account number is, use the FedEx ship manager to print out a shipping label for a FedEx Ground package. On the last page of that process, it tells you to click a button for "Close of Day" or something like that to print out a list of all the packages you're shipping that day. At the top of that page is your ground account number. I say this because when I called FedEx for my ground account number, the tech support woman told me I'd have to pay a monthly fee to have such a thing. :frown:

What is the website where I can search my rebate with my business name? At rebatestatus.com they only ask for my last name, street number, and zip code. Thanks

Same.

Last name = Business name

You have to try ALL variations, it may take a dozen or so attempts.

whoa thanks for the remiinder guys...I still havent sent those rebates in for the ~$700 or so off that one hot deal.

Rossman what's that site you had them at? Rossatwork no, Rossman.com...NO, shoot I still can't find it. hope I'm not too late
