Rosewill X800XL PCI-E

It probably would be ok if you do not overclock, and don't mind possible problems to save $40. I'd go with the retail version of the BBA from compusa (with warranty).

I think rosewill is newegg's house brand? Thats what I've heard and it makes sense because I've never seen rosewill on anyother site. Anyone got a difinitive anwer?

It looks exactly like the ATI reference design. Rosewill does seem to be Newegg/Chief Value's house brand, they probably just rebadge stuff. I wouldn't consider buying it much of a risk, given Newegg's excellent customer service.

anand seems to like rosewill. recommended several rosewill products in the guides.

I've never had any trouble with Rosewill products. I consider them a decent brand. I've purchased several Rosewill LCD monitors, and not one dead pixel.
