The build quality will most likely be below mid-to-top tier manufacturers, but I wouldn't be surprised if it matches the quality of similarly priced Antec and Cooler Master units.

Space for three additional 140mm fans (top panel, and right side panel)
The styling reminds me somewhat of the Antec 300 and Antec 900.
The tool-free 5.25" and 3.5" drive bay mechanisms look similar to those found in recent Cooler Master cases.
Overall, looks like a great case for $40, especially with free shipping.
