Make sure to look below product, at "Combos", and click on that (either the description, and then click "More info", to get to the actual combo deal, or just click "Add to Cart" under the Combo).
That should get you TWO of these adapters, for $20.00. Unsure if you get free ship with the combo.
I just (today) received 4x (2x combo of 2x ea.) of the Rosewill USB3.0 Type-A to SATA 2.5" adapters, they were TWO for $12.00 (Combo).
Tried one out, seemed to work fine, with a couple of SSDs that I pulled out of my pile. They did look really cheaply made compared to the $12-15 (For ONE) StarTech adapters of the same type. I wonder if they'll last. Cheap enough though, get two, then you'll have a spare in your toolkit.
These USB-to-SATA dongles are nearly essential for disk-cloning, especially for laptops, these days. The one in the OP will handle (Apparently?) 2.5" as well as 3.5" HDDs. So you should be covered either way.
