This is the same thing as this $13 shipped deal except for two things. One is that the USB dongle itself is oversized. My theory is that this gives it some breathing room so the radio doesn't burn out. Check Newegg reviews on other USB dongles. Lots of them fail. This one has 80% 5/5 eggs. The other thing is that it comes with a USB extension that is a stand. This really helps position the thing for best results.
I actually own both Rosewill and Premiertek. They are pretty much cheap and functional. I do love the USB extension/stand that comes with the Rosewill.
