Can anyone comment on Rosewill, who are they and are their products reliable?
As you can see they have what appears to be a good deal that will save me a good $25

Rosewill are junk in terms of PSUs. Cases are hunks of metal.

Antec are better, but with a few exceptions such as the Neo HE line are still not first rate. The TPII is not a bad choice, but i'd go for an enermax liberty or seasonic instead.

A good point

Antec are a good option for combo deals, remember you won't need a 550W PSU for a budget build, a SonataII with a 450W TPII is sufficent for 95% of builds.

Ah... I guess it's more of a best bang for the buck situation - the buck being $1,200-$1,300 (after rebates, before shipping)

I'm getting an X1900XT though, this is mainly for gaming
Edit: Maybe a 7900 GT KO - not sure yet

If you can afford either one of those GPUs you can afford to do it the right way and get a decent case and PSU.

tell me the best psu/case combo that costs under $120 and I'll look into it

The rest is all newegg..

First, your main link is broken - don't link to pages that will time out.

Rosewill is a packaging division of Newegg.

Check the Rosewill thread in the Cases & Cooling section (which is where this thread belongs, BTW). The cases pointed out in that thread are decent while most or the others are far lesser boxes. Rosewill brand PSUs are mostly Coolmax/ATNG. Not total dogs, but nothing to write home about either.

The 400W (conservatively) Enhance ENP-5140GH (pretty much the same as the Silverstone Strider SST-ST40F) is now my main recommendation for a PSU for 90%+ of systems. Has aPFC (active PFC), >80% efficiency across the board, more than adequate power and is reasonably quiet. Inexpensive too. Get it from ewiz.com via Froogle (saves you $1.56! wow over going direct to ewiz) for $56. +sh. The 500W Coolmax with aPFC might be a good alternative if you can get a bundle deal with your Rosewill case.
